Topics include local business and industry, with letters, fliers, photos, programs and clippings of the Chamber of Commerce from the 1920's to the 1960's; farms and farm equipment; churches and temples; clubs and organizations; historical celebrations; and the Heitz Place Courthouse, now the site of the Hicksville Gregory Museum. There are also printed histories and government reports from the Town of Oyster Bay; catalogs, photos, programs and superintendent reports from the Hicksville schools; and photos and biographical information about local veterans from World War I to the Vietnam era.
